Build a World Where All Children are Healthy, Happy & Hopeful

An initiative under the captainship of Ms.Kanupriya to provide therapeutic movement sessions for the children studying at Free School Under The Bridge (FSUTB).  The therapeutic movement sessions that Sehar provides are designed to be playful and engaging, encouraging children to participate and have fun while also providing them with the tools they need to manage their emotions and cope with stress.We recognize the importance of mental health and well-being, especially for children who may be facing challenging circumstances. Through our therapeutic movement sessions, we provide them with a safe space to express themselves and alleviate any stress and anxiety they may be experiencing.

Our therapeutic movement sessions involve physical activities that are specifically designed to support mental and emotional well-being.
